Iron parts and hardware components are welded into semi-finished and finished products using welding machines and pre-forming fixtures.
Welding machines join metal materials through the application of heat, pressure, or both. Welding processes are generally classified into three major categories: fusion welding, pressure welding, and brazing. Each category includes various methods depending on the specific process. Our company primarily utilizes CO₂ and Argon (Ar) gas-shielded welding methods, as well as resistance welding (spot welding).
The operating principle of CO₂ gas-shielded welding involves placing metal components onto dedicated fixtures. The welding torch continuously feeds a consumable solid wire electrode while supplying CO₂ shielding gas. An electric arc is generated between the wire electrode and the base material, creating a molten weld pool. The CO₂ gas forms a protective envelope around the arc and molten pool, reducing defects such as cracking and porosity, thereby improving overall weld quality.
With many years of specialized experience in welding technology, our company is equipped with multiple OTC robotic welding arms of various specifications, along with custom welding fixtures, enabling us to provide a wide range of high-precision welding services.
